Welcome to Black Line! We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a return service to meet your needs.

Return Conditions

Return Period: Customers can exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the date of receiving the order under the following terms and conditions:

  1. Items to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition, resalable, with their packaging and tags, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
  2. Items to be exchanged or returned must be non-conforming to the standard specifications or have a defect that was not apparent at the time of purchase.
  3. Items must be returned unused and with intact packaging.

General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Promotion Periods: Returns and exchanges are not allowed during promotion periods if the products were purchased before the promotion period.
  • Costs: The buyer bears the costs of return shipping, delivery, and any other costs incurred in returning the product to the company. In the case of a return, the value of the goods will be refunded in the same method used for payment.

Special Cases:

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact Black Line Customer Service as soon as possible through our contact page.

Return Process:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on "My Orders" and select the order.
  3. Click the return button next to the product you want to return.
  4. Fill in the fields and submit the request.
  5. Wait for approval of the return process.
  6. You will be provided with the return address after approval.

Return Requirements for Eligible Products:

Clothing:

  • The product must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • The product must have the original brand tags attached.

Shoes, Bags, and Luggage:

  • Products must be in their new condition without wear or damage.
  • Products must be returned with the original brand boxes and all accessories (e.g., shoe rings, shoe laces, dust bags, etc.).
  • Shoes must have only been tried on a clean, soft surface.

Other Categories:

  • Returned items must be in brand new condition with the original packaging.

Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Products:

  • Bodysuits.
  • Lingerie.
  • Swimwear.
  • Beauty products and accessories (except scarves and bags).
  • Products marked "Non-returnable" and "Flash Sales".
  • Free gifts.
  • Customized products.

Important Notes:

  • We do not accept products returned without a proper return request.
  • Please double-check your return request and products before shipping them. We are not responsible for returning products that are not from Black Line.
  • When the returned item reaches our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it. If we find that it does not meet the return requirements, such as being washed, damaged, unsealed, activated, or in any other condition deemed unsuitable for resale, we will not be able to provide a refund. We will return the product to you at your expense. In exceptional cases, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Refund Method:

  • Your request will be processed within 5 days of receiving the return package.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method or to your Black Line wallet as per your choice.
  • Refunds are for the returned products only; other fees such as insurance and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Why is the received amount less than the refunded amount?

  • A restocking fee may be deducted, or the bank may impose a commission or service fee on the refunded amount.
  • Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

  • Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive an email notification. The refund time depends on the refund method and the bank.
    • PayPal: 1 to 5 business days.
    • Credit/Debit Card: 1 to 15 business days.

How can I receive my refund if my credit/debit card is no longer valid or has expired?

  • For security reasons, the refund will only be issued to the original card that was charged.
  • If your original card has expired or is no longer valid, you can contact the card issuer (your bank or card company) for assistance; they will still be able to receive the funds on your behalf.
