Delivery Inside Kuwait

  • Delivery Time: Delivery within Kuwait is completed within 24 to 48 hours after completing the order, depending on the number of orders received.
  • Order Processing: Orders placed before noon will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after noon will be shipped the next business day.
  • Possible Delays: We strive to ensure all orders are delivered on time. However, some delays might occur due to the distance of the area or the logistics of the shipping company.
  • Order Tracking: After placing your order, you can track its status by logging into your account, going to the homepage, clicking on your name, and then selecting "View Order History." Additionally, a tracking link will be sent via SMS by the shipping company.
