Replacement and return policy

Our valued customers can exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the date of receiving the order within the following terms and conditions:

1) Products to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition and can be shown with its packaging and tags and attached to the original purchase receipt.

2) The Products to be exchanged or returned do not conform to the standard specifications or have defects or defects that were not apparent at the time of purchase.

3) Products must be returned unused, And without touching any packaging.

General terms of return and exchange:

Replacement and return are not allowed during the promotion period if the products were purchased before the promotion period.
The buyer shall bear the costs of return, shipping, delivery and any other costs incurred in returning the product to the company. In the event of a return, the value of the merchandise will be returned in the same manner in which it was paid.
